Meet the coach

I found CrossFit in 2014 and have 7+ years of coaching experience. I met my Wife through CrossFit and we now have a son and two dogs! My current credentials are CrossFit L2 certificate, CrossFit Weightlifting, CrossFit Anatomy, CrossFit Spot the Flaw, CrossFit Programming, and CrossFit Scaling.
