Fitness + Fun = CrossFit Kids & Teens!

Summer is right around the corner which means it’s time to get your kids and teens involved into some summer programs!

We’ll be running two separate programs to improve your child’s life through fitness. In a group setting, kids and teens feel a part of a community. When they’re encouraged by coaches and peers, they start to believe in themselves. That boost in self-esteem can carry over into school, sports, and everyday life.

Our Summer Youth Programs include:

CrossFit Kids for ages 5-11

Monday and Wednesdays

4:30pm - 5:15pm

CrossFit Teens for ages 12-17

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursdays

3 pm- 4pm

Start Date: Monday, June 2nd

Fitness is about more than just movement — it’s about creating an environment where kids and teens can grow into strong, confident, and connected individuals.
