Let’s talk about result and how we track progress.
People come to us because they want to achieve certain goals. Goals such as, losing body fat, increasing muscle mass, improving their stamina and endurance, improve their confidence, or adopt some healthy habits.
It’s our job to make sure we help everyone achieve those goals.
Here’s how we track your progress!
1.Intro Consultation:
The first step every client takes with us is an intro consultation. This is where we learn about you and your goals. After talking for a few minutes we then decide on the right plan for you!
2. InBody Scan:
The second step is we take an InBody scan to measure your weight, muscle mass, and percent body fat. The first scan will be your baseline for where you are today.
3. Goal Reviews:
The third thing we do is we meet for quarterly goal reviews to remeasure your body composition, celebrate your achievements, and discuss any challenges you may be facing. With the information we gain, we can see if the plan is working for you or if we need to make any adjustments.
4. Benchmarks:
A fourth way we measure progress is by tracking and retesting different strength exercises and workouts. Can you lift more weight than before? Can you complete more reps in a workout than before? Have you learned and developed new skills? We use benchmarks and our daily program to know for sure!
